Leadership Accelerator Program
The Leadership Accelerator Program is designed to identify and nurture future leaders within IHCL. Through structured learning, real-time business exposure and mentorship from senior leaders, the program empowers high-potential associates to accelerate their growth and take on impactful leadership roles across the organisation.

Hotelier Development Program
Our acclaimed 18 to 24-month Management Training Programme is designed to identify and groom future leaders in hospitality. Trainees gain hands-on experience across functions like hotel operations, supply chain, finance, HR and customer service. A blend of classroom sessions, on-the-job training and global learning modules ensures holistic development of both skills and leadership behaviours.
